As a general rule, I ship once a week on Tuesday or Thursday. Orders are therefore prepared within 2 to 4 days excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays and shipped the following Monday (please note: these times only apply to products indicated as "in stock" and not to custom illustrations). You will be notified of the progress of your order by email, and will receive a tracking number to follow the delivery of your package.
Delivery Methods
Letter - The letter will be delivered within an approximate time of 3 days.
Colissimo Home Delivery - The package will be delivered to your address within an approximate time of 48 hours. If you are not there, you will receive a delivery notice allowing you to reschedule delivery within 6 days or select a collection point of your choice online.
Mondial Relay - The package will be delivered within an approximate time of 3 to 6 business days to the selected Mondial Relay collection point.
Personal Delivery: Personal delivery is possible in Montpellier, in the Odysseum or Castelnau-le-Lez areas. If you select this option, I will send you an email to arrange a collection time.

In the European Union:

- Colissimo home delivery for bulky items starts at €14.85, with scalable rates depending on the order's weight.
- Mondial Relay delivery starts at €4.60, with scalable rates depending on the country and order's weight.
In Europe outside the EU:

Making a Return
Please note, this section only applies to in-stock plush toys: custom illustrations are not eligible for returns.
If you wish to return a product, please notify me as soon as possible after receipt. Returns will be made at your expense in the original box and will only be accepted if the item is in the same condition as received. No damaged, torn, or soiled items will be refunded.
